      We provide holistic osteopathy — including the following:  cranial osteopathy, anti-aging medicine, exploration of medicine’s cutting edge, and encompassing mind-body-spirit.

      Although we provide some age management-sensitive aspects of health screening, and some ad hoc acute care where convenient, nevertheless,  all patients are required to have their own PCP (primary care provider), in addition to our medical care.

     Dr. Riley refers patients, as needed, to colleagues in other specialties, and to the patient’s primary care PCP.

      Dr. Jim Riley has been practicing osteopathic medicine in Brewer, Maine on the east bank of the Penobscot River since 1987.

      Formerly in family practice, Dr. Riley now specializes in osteopathic manipulative medicine and in anti-aging medicine — including bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, osteopathic manipulation, acupuncture, complementary and alternative medicine, yoga and meditation.
